Job Title:
- GT PMO Project Analyst
Job Summary:
- The Global Technology PMO team is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support the Project Manager and Project Team by analyzing project data, monitoring project progress, and ensuring project management processes and artifacts are continuously followed and kept up to date.

- The candidate will support the Program/Project Manager by analyzing project data, monitoring project progress and ensuring project management process and artifacts are followed and updated.
- Work with project team members to build a strong project schedule for small to medium low complexity projects.
- Work with the SCRUM master on projects using the Product Model framework to track high level project milestones, budget and resources.
- Help prepare and communicate project status and communications to appropriate stakeholders.
- This position is 40+ hours a week, with standard hours of 10:30 am – 7:30 pm daily, time zone based on hiring location/managers discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Project documentation, ensure accuracy and completeness within established repository and guidelines.
- Ensure project artifacts reflect the latest information and are clearly articulated.
- Help prepare project status reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Understand ADM Project Management Office Ways of Working processes and documentation.
- Select the correct PMO processes, templates and other supporting material that align to the project classification.
- Remain aware of the accurate and most up to date data, from the resources who are in the best position to have the latest information, to support the timely population and submission of status reports.
- Understand the connection between status reporting and schedule updates; ensure the story between the two are in sync.
- Partner with the Project team members to execute assigned project tasks.
- Conduct necessary analysis to alert the Program/Project Managers if the project schedule does not align consistently back to the scope of the project.
- Comprehend and/or ask clarifying questions to ensure solid understanding of what the business is intending to achieve based on the business/stakeholder requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Analyze project data to support the project team by the identification of trends, issues and risks; help guide toward recommendations for improvement.
- Support team members who are responsible for the coordination of tasks and delivery of project objectives that need to be completed on time and within budget.
- Support project tracking, analysis, coordination activities and ad-hoc tasks that require attention.
- Maintain the plan, budget, resources, procurement process for small to medium low complexity projects.
- Continuously learning about project management best practices and methodologies to improve skills and knowledge.
- Maintain the appropriate repositories to capture project schedules, status reports, meeting minutes and all other artifacts needed to successfully execute a project.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer or Information Science - related field.
- Demonstration of progress to obtain PMP/PRINCE2 certification is nice to have but not required.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a project management role or related field, with experience in capturing tasks within a plan, monitoring project progress, follow-up with team members.
