We’re looking for a Business Analyst Lead who owns outcomes, and someone who can break down complex problems, create clarity, and drive delivery at pace, not just write documentation. You’ll act as the bridge between business and tech, aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, and ensuring work is delivered with both speed and structure in a fast-moving, regulated environment.
The Role:

This Senior Business Analyst (Agile Delivery / Scrum Master) will be a hands-on delivery operator responsible for ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, well-structured, and executed effectively through disciplined Agile delivery. This role combines deep business analysis capability with strong delivery leadership, ensuring that work is properly scoped, prioritised, and delivered at pace. This is an in-office role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables (user stories, workflows, system requirements)
  
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned to business outcomes
  
• Facilitate workshops and maintain a well-prioritised backlog
  
• Own and drive Agile delivery (sprint planning, reviews, retros) Ensure work is clearly scoped, prioritised, and tracked through to completion
  
• Act as the bridge between business and tech teams Align stakeholders on priorities, scope, trade-offs, and timelines
  
• Incorporate UX thinking into requirements and delivery
  
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, efficient experiences
  
• Support QA, UAT, and production releases
  
• Monitor outcomes post-release and drive continuous improvement
  
• Contribute to evolving Agile and BA best practices
  
  

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 4+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Agile delivery, or similar roles, with proven experience as a Senior BA
  
• Strong experience leading delivery as a Scrum Master or delivery lead in Agile environments
  
• Track record of delivering digital products or platforms, ideally within fintech or regulated environments
  
• Ability to operate effectively in both fast-paced scale-ups and structured, process-driven environments
  
• Solid technical understanding of web applications, APIs, system integrations, and modern tech stacks (e.g. PHP/Laravel, Vue.js)
  
• Comfortable working on mission-critical platforms requiring high reliability, uptime, and rapid issue resolution
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams and align priorities
  
• Structured, delivery-focused operator with strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and the resilience to thrive in fast-moving environments
