UI/UX

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for Decode’s website, mobile app, client portal, landing pages, and other digital products
• Develop wireframes, user flows, user journey maps, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and ongoing improvements
• Improve the overall user experience across web and app touchpoints, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, clarity, and conversion
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
• Create responsive and adaptive designs for desktop and mobile experiences
• Maintain and evolve design consistency across all digital products through style guides, reusable components, and design systems
• Support the design of campaign landing pages and other conversion-focused marketing assets - Produce digital creative assets where needed, including banners, email visuals, social media graphics, and tri-fold brochures
• Conduct competitor research, reference gathering, and UX reviews to identify opportunities for product and design improvement
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide clear design handover documentation
• Iterate on existing designs based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving business priorities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, web design, or a similar digital design role Strong portfolio showcasing website, mobile app, or digital product design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy, and modern UI principles Good understanding of UX best practices, user flows, interaction design, and responsive design
• Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and business objectives
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of visual execution
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
