Job Summary / Overview
Reporting to the UX Lead, the UX Designer works closely with Product Owners, users and delivery teams to develop user experience strategies and user interface designs. The role ensures user needs are understood and reflected across digital products through collaboration and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, SMEs, BAs and stakeholders to gather user and business requirements
  • Translate requirements into user experience strategies and UI designs
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with users and stakeholders
  • Ensure designs align with business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Support delivery squads to refine designs during implementation
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
  • Conduct user research activities including testing and interviews
  • Present designs and prototypes and capture feedback

Skills & Competencies

  • User experience and UI design expertise
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
  • User research and usability testing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem solving capability
  • Ability to represent user needs and guide design decisions

Due to the urgency of the role Perth based candidates will be considered first.
