Senior Network Engineer

We are hiring two Senior Network Engineers to join a cutting-edge Implementation, Support, and Customer Success team. This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of next-generation network automation, supporting organisations building “neo-cloud” environments and large-scale AI infrastructure. You will guide customers from Proof of Concept through to full production and ongoing support, acting as their trusted technical lead throughout the journey.

This is genuinely a dream role for a Data Centre Network Engineer who wants to move beyond traditional networking. You will work with validated next-generation solutions, cutting-edge automation platforms, and support massive GPU buildouts powering major AI operators. If you are passionate about building networks from scratch, designing modern DC architectures, and working with next-gen technologies (where traditional Ansible-only approaches are becoming legacy), this is your chance to shape the future of cloud and AI networking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customers through Proof of Concept (POC) environments and sandbox deployments
• Design and implement Data Centre networking solutions from scratch (servers, switches, routers)
• Support customers building next-generation “neo-cloud” and AI-driven environments
• Work closely with Sales during technical validation stages post-POC handover
• Deliver remote implementation and technical workshops via Zoom and Slack
• Collaborate with hardware and software implementation teams where required
• Provide ongoing post-deployment support as customers transition into live production
• Own 2–3 customer accounts at a time, acting as their primary technical contact

Split focus approximately 50/50 between implementation and support (with flexibility toward support-heavy responsibilities for strong DC backgrounds)

Skills/Must have:

• Strong prior experience with Data Centre networking
• Hands-on experience configuring and designing DC networks from scratch
• Deep expertise in at least 2 major DC vendor: Cisco, Juniper, or Arista etc
• Proven experience working with switches, routers, and server connectivity in enterprise or cloud-scale environments
• Exposure to network automation platforms and modern programmable networking
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a remote-first model

Nice to have:

• Experience with high-performance networking solutions
• Experience with modern data centre Linux-based network operating systems (Nvidia, Cumulus, Mellanox)
