Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Delivery

LTIMindtree Australia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale programs across our client engagements. This role is critical in driving end-to-end delivery outcomes, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment, and maintaining high standards of governance and execution.

You will play a key role in managing large, cross-functional teams and engaging with senior client stakeholders, delivering projects that align with strategic business objectives and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure)
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment to delivery outcomes and business objectives
• Drive clear and effective communication across project teams, clients, and executive leadership
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Manage third-party vendors and partners where required

Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in project management, delivering complex enterprise programs
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior client stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, and governance
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities

Domain Experience (Highly Desirable)

• Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices
• Exposure to Salesforce and/or eCommerce platforms within enterprise environments
