As the business continues to scale, we are looking for a highly capable Data Analyst to work with their Strategy & Operations Leader and wider senior leadership team. This role will play a key part in unlocking insights, improving decision-making, and driving operational performance through data.

What you will be responsible for:

• Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights across sales and operations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance
• Partner with teams across Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support data-driven decision making
• Translate data into clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders
• Monitor performance trends and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Support experimentation and continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking someone who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with data to drive real business impact.

You will bring:

• Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics-focused role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation
• Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large datasets
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Strong SQL proficiency
• The ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience in consumer, digital, marketplace, or subscription-based businesses will be highly regarded.
