Insights Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team in Sydney and are currently looking for an Insights Analyst to join the team.

In this role you will work alongside key business stakeholders to shine a light on performance and provide insights that help to improve our products and drive revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Analysing and monitoring all aspects of commercial and game performance to uncover the key drivers of profitability and player retention.
• Conducting deep-dive analytical projects, such as reward engine innovation and player segmentation, to identify opportunities for product personalisation.
• Developing and testing hypotheses through experimentation to help drive player understanding and product optimisations.
• Collaborating with Product, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable, data-driven tasks.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Significant experience with SQL and querying large databases (experience with Snowflake is highly regarded).
• A proven track record in data analytics, specifically within customer, product, or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualisation techniques using tools like Tableau to turn complex data into simple, intuitive visuals.
