Junior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Java Developer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development and maintenance of backend microservices and web platforms. Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining software components with a focus on system integration
• Collaborate with product teams to refine and execute business requirements
• Work on developing backend microservices using Java, Spring, and Kotlin
• Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Test and maintain software applications using various development tools to ensure reliability
• Gain knowledge on how to integrate and communicate among applications, databases, and platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams within and across regions to improve engineering practices
• Advocate for operational excellence with scalable and resilient solutions
• Support the migration of existing tools to a modernized environment
• Conduct research and provide recommendations on frameworks and design patterns

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in software development with Java, Spring, or Kotlin
• Familiarity with React and frontend technologies
• Understanding of design patterns and systemic application architecture
• Academic background or certifications in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Capability to communicate effectively with team members and product stakeholders
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
