💡 Focus: Azure Cloud + Automation

Must have:

Scripting (PowerShell preferred)

REST APIs

Azure IAM / EntraID

Azure Services (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS)

Basic Git knowledge

Nice to have:

Azure certifications

Other cloud providers (AWS, GCP)

Basic SQL

IaC tools (Terraform / Ansible)

🔹 2. DevOps / SRE (Kubernetes + On-Call)

💡 Focus: Infrastructure + Production Support

Key requirements:

Strong Kubernetes experience

On-call availability (up to 1 week per month)

🔹 3. DevOps / SRE (CI/CD + GitOps + Kubernetes)

💡 Focus: Automation + Microservices

Key responsibilities:

CI/CD with GitHub Actions

Azure infrastructure management

Kubernetes

Ansible

GitOps with ArgoCD

Key skills:

Containers & microservices

Scripting (PowerShell / Bash)

🔹 4. DevOps / SRE (Azure DevOps + .NET)

💡 Focus: Pipelines + Microsoft ecosystem

Requirements:

4+ years in CI/CD

Azure DevOps (YAML & Classic pipelines)

Azure Services (App Services, Functions, SQL)

GitHub workflows

SonarQube

Ansible Tower

PowerShell & Azure CLI

Nice to have:

.NET (MSBuild, NuGet, .NET CLI)

Kubernetes (AKS)

🔹 5. DevOps / SRE (Azure + Kubernetes + On-Call)

💡 Focus: Cloud + High Availability

Key requirements:

Azure DevOps

Strong Kubernetes experience

On-call availability

🔹 6. DevOps / SRE (Kubernetes + Azure DevOps + Support)

💡 Focus: Production + Troubleshooting

Key requirements:

Kubernetes

Azure DevOps

PowerShell

Responsibilities:

Deployment automation

Debugging and issue resolution

End-to-end production support

Continuous improvement of CI/CD processes

🔹 7. Senior DevOps Engineer (CI/CD + IaC)

💡 Focus: Architecture + Seniority

Requirements:

5+ years of experience

CI/CD (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)

Advanced Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)

Ability to build custom IaC modules

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize pipelines

Build scalable infrastructure

Disaster recovery strategy

Documentation and knowledge sharing
