About our role

Our client is looking for a Service Designer - Native NL to help shape coherent, user-centered services and digital experiences. In this role, you will design and orchestrate end-to-end service blueprint and product experiences, from user research to solution validation.

You will play a key role in translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive and impactful services across multiple touchpoints. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate with designers, researchers, Devs, IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality and consistent experiences aligned with strategic goals.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex service ecosystems, contribute to innovation through co-creation and research, and continuously improve solutions through testing and data-driven insights.

What you will be doing

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and client expectations.
• Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Design and model service ecosystems using tools such as personas, customer journeys and service blueprints.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with clients, project teams and end users to ideate and validate solutions.
• Develop concepts through wireframes, prototypes and user testing.
• Ensure consistency and quality of the experience across all service touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to support the implementation of solutions.
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards and user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
• Contribute to continuous evaluation and improvement of solutions through testing, KPIs and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and standards.

What you bring

• Expert level in requirements analysis and definition.
• Confirmed experience interpreting complex datasets and deriving meaningful insights.
• Experience working in agile project environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and co-creation skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic understanding of IT collaboration and development methodologies.
• Understanding of UX/UI and interface design principles.
• Strong user-centered mindset and focus on delivering coherent service experiences.
