Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness, adoption, and overall market success.

You will:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Utilize this data to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Develop high-quality marketing content such as case studies, website copy, social media posts, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and retention. Develop email content, segment email lists, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
• Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to sell our products effectively. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, and competitive analysis.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the finance sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends, SQL is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with social media marketing and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and innovation.
