We are now looking for a skilled Product Data & Content Specialist to join our Product Marketing team in Helsinki, Porvoo, Tampere or Vaasa. If you are a professional focused on leveraging technology and developing data & content management processes internally as well towards customers, you could be the right person for this! In this role, you will have responsibility to develop data management processes, improve and measure data quality, assure functionality and development of PIM tools all this in close co-operation with our product marketing team. You will have local responsibility to operate as touch point towards global D&C team. Our team consists of professionals working on portfolio management and developing local product strategy to secure profitable growth.

You Will Mainly Be Accountable For

• Product Master Data management of Smart Buildings and Smart Power division’s offering towards Finnish market
• Project management and co-ordination of D&C projects and processes: e-commerce, e-catalog, distribution channel data and content development
• Represent Product Marketing Team as D&C responsible towards internal and external customers and stakeholders
• AI Development & Deployment. Participate in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions benefiting whole team
• Improvement and follow-up of data quality KPI’s
• Process development and documentation of product marketing and data management processes
• Work model: hybrid, LI#hybrid
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree from a related field, such as data science, commercial or engineering
• Demonstrated experience in product information management, data governance, platform implementation and management, or related roles
• Solid understanding and experience of PIM eco systems and their integration with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms is seen as a benefit
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, like Marketing, Product Marketing, IT, and Operations
• Effective communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership and promote improvement
