As a Data Analyst (f/m/d), you will be part of our Operations Team at our headquarters in Immenstadt in the Allgäu region. The Operations Team coordinates and optimizes all business processes at Outdooractive and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, and Management. Acting as the interface between departments and IT, the team ensures that our systems and processes are optimally aligned with our corporate goals. Through data-driven insights and analyses, you will create real value and drive the continuous development of Outdooractive.

Your new job at Outdooractive

  • You will develop, maintain, and optimize data models, reports, dashboards, and presentations in Power BI.
  • You will consolidate and visualize management information from various data sources.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • You will design and develop scalable data architectures and models based on Microsoft Fabric and independently advance our Power BI project.
  • You will prepare analyses and results for various target audiences and present them effectively.

How you can convince us of your qualities

  • You have a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Statistics.
  • You possess excellent knowledge of Python, R, and SQL.
  • You have solid experience with Power BI as well as modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • You analyze complex issues and derive actionable recommendations from them.
  • You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as innovation and solution orientation.
  • You are a team player, strong communicator, and assertive.
  • Ideally, you have experience with statistical modeling, cloud technologies, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), server-side tracking, DevOps, and data governance.
  • You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
