Data Analyst

My Westmeath based client is recruiting for a Data Analyst to join the team on a perm basis. This role will require 4 days per week on site. The client delivers data-driven risk insights to businesses, customers, and partners worldwide. Through its international network, it identifies emerging trends and builds scalable solutions across markets.

Person Specification

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including data querying, mining, and segmentation
• Advanced quantitative analysis skills, with experience interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• At least 2 years’ experience using statistical programming languages (e.g. R, Python)
• Solid understanding of database structures and data architecture
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence principles and data analysis design
• Proven ability to operate as an independent subject matter expert, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with strategic objectives
