A growing organisation is hiring a CRM & Data Analyst to support the development of its HubSpot platform and improve how the business manages customer data, sales processes, and reporting.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams — with the opportunity to grow into a key CRM ownership position over time.

Role / Opportunity

• Support the day-to-day running of the CRM (HubSpot)
• Maintain and improve data quality across contacts, companies, and deals
• Build reports and dashboards to track performance and activity
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve processes
• Assist with workflows and automation within the CRM

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in CRM, data, operations, or analytics
• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong data handling skills
• Comfortable working across teams and learning new systems

Nice to Have

• Exposure to HubSpot
• Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
