Description

M-Cube is looking for a Project Manager to be inserted in the Operations & Delivery area and will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and executing projects to reach the business goals, being able to motivate the project team for the best quality result.

She/He will frequently interact with the target customers to better define, plan and deliver the project/s tasks taking care of internal and external reporting as well. When requested, the new resource, can be committed to support other PM activities basing on the team needs.

She/he will also help the organization to set up internal and external meetings like Project Update Meeting, Steering Committee and Project Review.

While performing the above-mentioned activities the Project Manager will be expected to report all significant project information into the internal CRM and cloud computing software in order to guarantee the data accuracy for the whole organization which develop itself into an international environment.

Main Responsibilities and Goals

· Define and manage the project scope, objectives and schedule, ensuring timely and regular delivery of value in compliance with costs and quality constraints

· Coordinate and align the different departments and external partners/subcontractors on the following activities:

o Scheduling and procurement follow-up

o Preparation, configuration and shipment of goods

o Installation of Digital Signage systems and proper handover to the maintenance team

· Organise and lead project status and working meetings with internal / external stakeholders

· Monitor project deliverables and risks, managing non-compliances and escalating critical issues when needed

· Collect business needs and translate them into internal requirements.

· Act as a facilitator between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.

· Validate tasks and sub-tasks completion, ensuring clear data alignment and proper documentation (equipment, pictures, diagrams).

· Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a customer-oriented approach throughout the project.

Required Skills

· Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

· Technical knowledge of digital environment and of A/V equipment (like screens, players, ledwalls, audio/video products)

· Basic knowledge in IT/networking fields

· Fluent in English and Italian (both oral and written); additional languages will be considered a plus.

· Proficiency with enterprise and productivity software (Windows, MS Office, Web browsers and solutions, etc.).

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong skills in setting and maintaining precise deadlines.

· Strong project management and organizational skills, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Prior PM experience is a plus.

Desirable Skills

· Experience in the Digital Signage market, multimedia and omnichannel solutions (DXPOne, Scala, BrightSign, Magic Info).

· Familiarity with Salesforce and content scheduling software

Desirable certifications

· PMP or other Project Management certification will be considered a plus
