Role OverviewAs a Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will be responsible for ensuring that the entire business operates seamlessly and efficiently. You will oversee day-to-day operations, align cross-functional teams, and build scalable processes that support the company’s growth.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role, where you will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive execution, ensure timely product launches, and establish operational excellence across all functions. Your mission is to make sure the business runs like a well-oiled machine. The role involves active communication with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end business operations across the organization
• Build, scale, and refine operational processes to support rapid growth
• Ensure strong execution discipline and alignment across all teams
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration between product, tech, compliance, and commercial teams
• Drive timely and efficient product launches and operational rollouts
• Establish clear KPIs, performance tracking, and accountability frameworks
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and scalability
• Act as a key partner to the CEO in operational and strategic decision-making
• Ensure operational readiness for new markets, products, and partnerships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in senior operations leadership roles (COO, Head of Operations, or similar)
• Strong experience within the fintech or payments industry is a must
• Proven track record of scaling operations in fast-growing environments
• Deep understanding of payment systems, infrastructure, and operational workflows
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Ability to design and implement scalable processes across multiple functions
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and stakeholders
