Senior Software Engineer

Would you like to work as a Senior .NET Developer on a platform that is taking the European transport market by storm? Do you enjoy conceptualizing and building new functionalities and modules?

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will join a team of 8 .NET Developers. You will be expected to contribute to best practices, and your technical input will be highly valued. Most of your time (80%) will be dedicated to building new functionalities and generic modules. You should have strong expertise in .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework Core, and SQL. Experience with Vue.js or other front-end technologies is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience in building Microservices is highly appreciated.

Our client is developing a software package that facilitates the exchange of information between terminals and shipmasters regarding registrations and expected waiting, loading, and unloading times for inland vessels. The application also aims to automate as many manual recurring tasks as possible, either through its application or through API integrations with other software packages. While the application is fundamentally generic, customizations are made as needed. The software is built on the .NET 4.8 Framework using a service-oriented architecture (SOA) and has been web-enabled with ASP.NET MVC. The front-end utilizes Vue.js with HTML, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. The application is ensured to be compatible with .NET Core.

Profile of the Senior .NET Developer:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a .NET Developer
• Daily work with C#, .NET Core, SQL, and Azure
• Demonstrable experience with APIs and web services
• Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Knowledge of Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is desirable

Up to €6,200.00 gross monthly salary based on knowledge, experience, and full-time (40 hours) plus strong package. Hybrid work model (1 day per week at the office). Possibility to work 8 weeks remote annually.
