Our diverse portfolio includes summer and winter package holidays, sightseeing tours by coach and plane to over 30 destinations, and additional services such as airline tickets and hotel accommodations. We maintain strong relationships with over 400 external travel agencies, service providers, and manage our own sales offices in major Baltic cities alongside rapidly growing e-commerce channels. We strive to provide attractively priced offerings tailored to meet the varying preferences of our clients.

Role Description

Novaturas Group is seeking a strategic, commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a critical C-level role, where the CFO serves as an equal strategic partner to the CEO and the Board, contributing directly to the company’s long-term direction, performance, and value creation.

The CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Board, and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and long-term value creation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior financial leadership role,
  • Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial planning,
  • Experience in a publicly listed company or a large international organization is an advantage,
  • ACCA and/or CFA qualification is a strong advantage,
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills,
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives,
  • Develop, implement, and oversee transfer pricing policies,
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes,
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards,
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and decision-ready financial reports,
  • Manage communication with international partners, including contract negotiations, payment terms, and strategic matters,
  • Develop and maintain banking relationships, including negotiations related to financing, guarantees, and cash management,
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives,
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies,
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board,
  • Lead investor relations, including communication with shareholders and analysts,
  • Drive financial performance improvements and cost optimization initiatives,
  • Oversee risk management, internal controls, and audit processes,
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.
