Graphic Designer (2 year fixed-term)

RSI Europe is a rapidly growing defense technology company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, developing and producing advanced remotely operated systems for modern military operations. Our mission is to empower armed forces with reliable, innovative, and field-proven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling materials that support marketing initiatives, product presentation, and overall brand consistency. You will collaborate closely with different departments to translate ideas into engaging visual solutions, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Create visual solutions for promotional materials, branded merchandise, other marketing tools.
• Develop and adapt visual content for the company’s marketing campaigns.
• Design and update product brochures, catalogs, user manuals, and other informational materials.
• Propose creative ideas, design concepts, and visual solutions for new projects and product presentation material.
• Prepare print-ready layouts (including large-format print) and manage stock of printed materials.
• Design and update website visuals and manage its visual content.
• Photograph products when needed, perform photo retouching and prepare images for various communication channels.
• Edit and prepare video content for communication and marketing purposes.
• Ensure all visual materials meet the company’s visual identity and communication standards.
• Collaborate with product, sales and other departments to understand customer needs and communication goals.
• Maintain relationships with external partners (advertising, design, publishing, translation, programming, etc.).
• Coordinate design projects from concept to final delivery.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain visual consistency across different formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar).
• Proficiency in layout design and preparing files for print production.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Creativity and strong understanding of visual communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects at the same time.
