About the role
As we continue to grow, we’re strengthening our Service Operations team in Lithuania. IT support is just the starting point here and technical skills develop naturally through experience.
You will join a joint Danish–Lithuanian team, supporting enterprise customers in Denmark. In this role you’ll work directly with systems, solve actual issues and contribute to service stability - not just routine ticket handling.
Your tasks will include
- Troubleshooting network and security-related incidents
- Working directly with customers to resolve technical issues
- Monitoring incidents and helping prevent SLA breaches
- Handling service requests and standard changes
- Escalating more complex issues when needed
- Contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or Service Operations
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs)
- Ability to handle incidents independently and take ownership
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Great command of English
Additional experience that would be highly valued
Hands-on experience with Cisco networking (CCNA or CCNP level, or equivalent practical experience)
Experience working with network security solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto or similar)
Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow

The salary range for this position is 1800-2600 Eur (brutto) per month. The final offer will depend on the competencies and working experience.
