Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager

Our Client is a well-established private banking institution operating within Luxembourg's AAA-rated financial centre, serving a discerning clientele of Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and their families.

With a strong focus on bespoke wealth management and long-term client relationships, they are seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager to take ownership of a significant UHNW portfolio and drive strategic growth within a high-performing, client-centric team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a substantial book of UHNW clients, with a focus on entrepreneurs and their families
• Design and implement sophisticated wealth management strategies spanning investments, credit, and succession planning
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor, coordinating with internal specialists to deliver a full suite of private banking and family office services
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through your existing network and targeted prospecting
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and client confidentiality at all times

Your Profile

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in a comparable Relationship Manager role within private banking or a family office environment
• A demonstrably strong, portable portfolio of UHNW clients
• Solid technical expertise across investment products, credit structuring, and international wealth planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are highly valued
