Senior Project Manager - Financial Services / Funds

MTM Partners is an independent management consulting firm supporting organizations throughout their transformation journey, from strategy to execution.

Your role

As Project Manager, you will work with a variety of client profiles (Funds industry, Banking, Fintech, etc.) and interact with multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, senior management).

• You will be responsible for leading project delivery end-to-end, including resourcing, planning, budgeting, change management, and coordination with all stakeholders.

• You will establish and facilitate communication with project stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration to manage risks and resolve issues. When required, you will escalate blocking points and ensure appropriate communication with senior management.

• You will prepare and present project dashboards to stakeholders and senior management and act as the single point of contact for executive reporting to the project sponsor.

• Most importantly, you will promote and enforce project management best practices across the project team.
  
  

Your profile (valid work permit is a prerequisite)

• You have a proven track record of successful project delivery, having acted as a project leader responsible for managing budget, planning, resources and scope in a structured environment.

• You are comfortable chairing steering committees, coordinating project resources and interacting directly with executive sponsors.

• You are certified in a recognized project management methodology and/or have experience working within structured project delivery frameworks, ideally within financial services and/or consulting.

• You are fluent in French and English. Any additional language is considered an asset.

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to clearly articulate complex topics to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

• You are a strong team player with excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.
