Objective Platform is a young and dynamic marketing analytics company with a focus on full-funnel attribution modelling. We offer a combination of software and consulting services to help advertisers optimize their marketing & media investments. As we are growing and expanding quickly, we are looking for a Junior Data Science Consultant to join our awesome team!

Together with senior team members, you’ll help deliver projects that apply our platform’s insights and tools to solve real-world marketing challenges. You’ll contribute to turning model outcomes into strategic budget advice and actionable channel decisions that create real, measurable impact for our clients.

• You’ll contribute to applying our product at clients by helping configure models, build dashboards, and deliver custom insights and media advice based on model outcomes — working closely with more senior team members.

What will you be doing?

• Work alongside senior team members on marketing measurement projects for top European advertisers, collaborating with marketing teams, media, and creative agencies to deliver actionable insights.
• Configure our hierarchical Bayesian Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solution, translating complex business questions into precise model decisions.
• Present key insights to clients together with senior colleagues through engaging sessions using our insights dashboards and Media Scenario Planner, gradually taking more ownership as you gain experience.
• Develop intelligent dashboards and activation tools that transform complex insights into easily accessible and actionable information.

Requirements

• Background in econometrics, data science or analytics related
• Strong communicator
• Fluent in English (speaking Dutch is a plus)
• Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Technical skillset (you will work with Python and SQL)
• Experience with the Google stack (BigQuery, Colab, GMP) is a plus
