We are now looking for an IT Business Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid international project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements
• Support the definition and validation of Business Requirement Documents
• Build and maintain functional specifications and test plans
• Ensure test plans are executed and validated during testing phases
• Support IT teams throughout all project lifecycle phases
• Identify process optimization opportunities and business impacts
• Communicate project status and progress with stakeholders
• Contribute to improving operational efficiency through automation initiatives

Technical Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong skills in functional analysis and documentation
• Experience working in IT environments
• Knowledge of automation concepts is a plus
• Experience in banking industry is a plus
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Comfortable with office tools (Excel, etc.)
• Good level of English (mandatory); French is a plus
