🔎 What do you need to be a Full-Stack Developer (Java)?

• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot)
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• DevOps mindset – “you build it, you run it”
• Comfortable working with international teams

💡 What will you be doing?

• Designing and developing full-stack solutions, with a focus on backend
• Taking end-to-end ownership: code, APIs, cloud, CI/CD, and production
• Developing and maintaining services using Java (Spring Boot)
• Working with microservices architecture and external integrations (e.g., e-invoicing/Peppol)
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
• Acting as a technical reference and mentor within the team
• Working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

🎓Salary Range for Junior:

Salary Package: €12,880 to €21,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Salary Range for Mid:

Salary Package: €14,000 to €28,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits

Salary Range for Senior:

Salary Package: €20,000 to €49,000 gross (14 months) + Meal Allowance + Flexible Benefits
