Sonae Sierra is looking for a Software Developer to join Brightcity. As part of SonaeSierra, specialized engineering consulting in project management and urban mobility. We help our clients navigate modern transportation, designing sustainable, smart infrastructure for tomorrow's cities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven previous experience in software development.
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as Spring, ReactJS, and Flutter.
• Knowledge of data analysis and machine learning technologies such as Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, MLflow, H2O, PySpark and Databricks.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Streamlit.
• Certification or practical experience in specific technologies like OpenSim, Anaconda, Shap, or Lang Chain is valued.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Dynamism and creativity.
• Solid problem-solving & communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality software using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception to final implementation.
• Perform maintenance and optimisation of existing systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
