UX/UI Design Intern

Together with HUGO BOSS, our esteemed business partner, we have embarked on a joint venture and created the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus, dedicated to increasing the data analytics, eCommerce and technology capabilities of the company and boosting digital sales. The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.

What you will do

• Support the design team in creating user-centered digital experiences.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Help maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team rituals.
• Support user research activities.
• Learn how to translate business and user needs into design solutions.
• Contribute to preparing design assets for handoff to developers.

What you’ll bring

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, UX/UI, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Interest in learning about user research, usability, and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Nice to have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Nice to have experience with prototyping tools, motion design, and AI/Vibe Coding.
