What you’ll be doing

• Lead the development of our internal developer platform (Backstage)
• Provide application skeletons so our teams can start new applications effortlessly
• Development and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Building and optimizing developer tooling and workflows
• Automating build, test, and deployment processes
• Advising and supporting developers on CI/CD-related questions
• Monitoring and continuously improving the developer experience
• Close collaboration with other DevOps and platform teams

What you will need to succeed

• Experience with Backstage or Typescript & NodeJS
• Background as a software developer, ideally in Java or C#
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps principles
• Experience with automation, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Understanding of modern software development and developer needs
• Team player with a high level of initiative and strong communication skills
• Patience to work in corporate proxy environment
• English oral and written
