Human Resources Generalist

TalentCloud Group is recruiting on behalf of a Swiss production company operating in a highly-regulated environment.

You'll work with real autonomy, shape on‑site culture, and ensure compliance in a sector where precision and people matter.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead all HR activities at the production facility: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, Swiss employment law, and best practices in regulated production environments
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records in line with Swiss labor law
• Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, health, safety, and well‑being
• Coordinate training, skills development, and continuous learning
• Support performance management, feedback cycles, and appraisals
• Act as the primary on‑site contact for all HR‑related matters

Background required:

• At least 3 year of experience as the sole HR professional at a production, agriculture, or manufacturing site in Switzerland
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safety
• A hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage diverse tasks independently

Nice to Have

• HRSE certification or HR Fachfrau/Fachmann diploma
• Experience in regulated industries such as FMCG, or pharmaceuticals
