Enterprise Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex localization projects for enterprise clients in a fully remote setting. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple service types, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence, you will act as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage, making autonomous decisions to maintain project momentum. This position provides a high degree of ownership, allowing you to drive impactful solutions while collaborating with linguists, clients, and internal teams. The role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenges independently.

Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for enterprise localization projects across multiple service types, ensuring timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and linguists, providing guidance, support, and proactive issue resolution.
• Independently manage projects during weekend coverage, ensuring continuity and smooth execution in your time zone.
• Anticipate challenges and make timely decisions to unblock projects and maintain momentum.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and implement best practices in project management.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and status.
  
  

Requirements

• Availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule.
• 5+ years of experience in Localization and Project Management.
• Strong self-motivation and outcome-oriented mindset with proven ownership and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information and convey it clearly.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple competing demands.
• Proficiency in localization processes, internationalization, and relevant technologies.
