Project Manager

Lead AI‑powered innovation in drug discovery through strategic, ethical, and impact‑driven project delivery.

Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects within drug discovery programs and strategic initiatives. This role focuses on disciplined planning, execution, and evaluation of AI-driven solutions in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline project delivery while ensuring adherence to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and planning to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and maintain AI project roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities and emerging trends.
• Serve as a key point of contact for AI projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks and ethical AI practices.
• Act as a change agent, promoting adaptive and agile project management methodologies across the organization.
• Mentor junior project management staff and contribute to the internal project management community.
• Ensure compliance with global information security, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for applicable products and services.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven track record in delivering complex programs and projects within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Solid understanding of the drug discovery process and experience working in AI/ML or data-driven environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Planner, and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Life Sciences, Biology, or Chemistry preferred.
• Formal training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Master) and AI concepts/tools.
• Professional certifications in project management and AI (e.g., PMP, CSM, CPMAI) are highly desirable.
• Fluent in English.
