Project Manager

Objective

As an IT Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects from the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring successful outcomes for the Dutch market. Your mission is to manage projects within scope, on time, and on budget, while driving collaboration and fostering business success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Drive project success by aligning teams to organizational values and vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and motivation across departments.

Project Planning and Execution

• Define project goals, create detailed plans, and manage milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Business Process Owners (BPOs), business SMEs, and technical teams, to translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Coordinate pre- and post-development tasks with internal and external teams.
• Ensure transparent reporting and regular updates to business sponsors and senior management.

Risk and Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and issues early, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain focus on project KPIs and adapt plans to meet performance targets.

Change Management

• Support teams in adopting new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Educational and Professional Background

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Certifications in Prince2 or Prince2 Agile Practitioner are highly valued.

Additional Requirements

Languages

• Proficiency in Dutch is mandatory; English is a strong asset.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
