The role 💻

As Product Manager for the Payments team, you’ll own the full experience of purchases and payments in our system. Your mission is to bridge the gap between financial infrastructure and seamless user experiences. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers to ensure that every card swipe, bank transfer, and subscription license works flawlessly across all our markets.

You will be responsible for managing our suite of card support, ensuring they deliver the best possible experience for our customers across all our markets. As our card-agnostic strategy is one of our most prioritized innovation projects, you will need to be hands-on, technically proficient and comfortable collaborating with engineers and product teams to ensure the customer journey is amazing and documentation is accurate and easy to understand.

What You Will Do 🙌

• Drive our card-agnostic strategy, managing direct integrations with major banks and networks like Visa and Mastercard.
• Understand and translate business objectives and requests into actionable user stories, handle prioritization and own, operate and scale the customer journey for the payment products.
• Act as the driving force in achieving our PCI-DSS certification, ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest global security standards.
• Partner with POS providers and digital receipt networks to ensure 100% matching between transactions and receipts, a core requirement for our Creator Agent.
• Own the logic behind our billing engine. You’ll ensure that our licensing models are scalable, accurate, and seamlessly integrated with product usage.
• Lead our transition from local solutions (like Swish) to global Account-to-Account (A2A) rails as we expand into new markets.
  
  

Qualifications 📝

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, or a similar product role, ideally within Fintech or the payment industry.
• You have a solid background in the fintech or payment industry, with a deep understanding of card transactions and bank integrations.
• You are technically minded and can navigate the complexities of ISO standards, webhooks, and tokenization. You speak "engineer" fluently.
• You are excited about AI and how real-time data can be used to automate financial workflows on a larger scale.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
