Infor M3 Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP projects in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Infor M3 implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams and technical consultants to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration and testing phases to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate regular project updates, reporting and governance meetings.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Infor M3 or similar ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles and business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.
