Our Solutions Allow Companies To Tailor Their Payment Processes To Meet Customers’ Needs. Join Us In Transforming Data Into Insights That Will Shape The Future Of Payments. We’re Looking To Hire For The Following Teams
- Operational Scalability- As Adyen and our customers grow, we’re expanding existing merchants, entering new markets, offering new products, and enabling diverse business models. This rapid horizontal and vertical growth brings complexities in platform management, particularly in onboarding and configuration. The Operational Scalability Team addresses this challenge by enabling both internal (Adyen) and external (merchant) users to efficiently manage their tasks and configurations, promoting self-sufficiency.
- In-Person Payments- Adyen’s In-Person Payments team powers in-store experiences for major global brands. The In-Person Payments Data Team plays a key role in harnessing payment and hardware data to drive product innovation, commercial growth, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborative Solution Development- You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams and other data analysts and engineers to ideate, build, and evaluate data solutions to meet business needs. Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, provide data insights, address inquiries, and drive strategy. Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Data Analysis and Insights- Analyze operations and integration data to unlock actionable insights and improvement opportunities. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize customer performance, increase efficiency, and enhance product offerings.
- Problem-Solving and Impact-Oriented- Proactively identify opportunities through comprehensive data analysis. Develop data models and perform statistical analysis to support strategic business decisions. Initiate and drive new projects to help Adyen achieve significant growth.
- Strategic Leadership- Use data insights to proactively shape and drive product and strategy across our checkout and integration product suite. Influence and support the development of product strategies with data-driven insights.
- Tool Development- Design and build impactful tooling that structurally adds value to our product teams and develop scalable solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability for stakeholders.
- You bring 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role, with a strong blend of technical and strategic skills.
- Proficient with BI tools (e.g., Looker), Python, and SQL. Familiarity with big data tools like PySpark, Hadoop, and Airflow is a strong advantage.
- Capable of clearly translating complex data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively, and maximize impact through strategic foresight.
- You bring a curious, experimental approach, eager to iterate and improve.
- You excel at breaking down complex tasks, setting timelines, and tracking progress to align with strategic goals.
- Comfortable working with a diverse, multicultural team, you are culturally aware, collaborative, and open to engaging with teams globally.
