Opportunity overview

As a Mid React Frontend Engineer, you will work on an innovative project for a Fortune 500 retail giant, building user-facing solutions that handle diverse data from multiple applications and tools. Your work will directly impact user efficiency and shape the future of retail operations at scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React, with a keen eye for design and UI/UX quality.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use across the platform.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborating closely with other team members and stakeholders to deliver cohesive, well-integrated solutions.
• Conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the frontend codebase.
• Leveraging AI tools in day-to-day work to enhance productivity and output quality.
• Sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative learning culture within the team.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Frontend or React Engineer in a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, GitHub/Git, and Docker.
• Familiarity with web application security best practices.
• Proactive and curious mindset - comfortable working in dynamic, evolving project environments.
• Fluent English communication, able to collaborate effectively across international teams.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with JS testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with styled-components.
• Experience with MS Azure services such as Web App, Storage, and Azure DevOps.
