Senior Full Stack Developer (Applied AI / LLM / GenAI)

This position is open only to candidates who are legally residing in Poland and can work with us through a registered business entity in Poland (e.g., sole proprietorship/JDG or limited liability company/sp. z o.o.).

Role Responsibilities

• You’ll build real prototypes — not slides or isolated demos
• You’ll work at the intersection of product, AI, and engineering
• You’ll move fast — but with awareness of what it takes to scale
• You’ll help shape how agentic AI is used across our products
• You’ll influence both what we build and how we build it
• And most importantly: your work won’t stay local — it will feed into our broader AI Engineering ecosystem
  
  

What you’ll be doing (why this role is exciting)

• Turning product concepts into working AI prototypes (POCs) in days/weeks
• Designing agentic workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool use, orchestration)
• Integrating AI into real product environments (APIs, data, existing systems)
• Balancing speed vs scalability — building fast, but not creating dead ends
• Evaluating what’s worth scaling — and what should stop at POC
• Contributing reusable patterns to our AI Engineering CoE
  
  

Must-have Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering (Python, PHP, or Java)
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and modern architectures
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GenAI features, prompt design, tool calling)
• Ability to quickly translate ideas into working prototypes
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles
• Strong collaboration skills across product, UX, and engineering
• Fluent in English
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience with agentic frameworks / orchestration patterns
• Experience with RAG / vector databases
• Familiarity with observability & evaluation for LLM systems
• Exposure to AI-related security / compliance topics
• Frontend experience with any modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
• Experience in EdTech or user-facing products
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
