Job Title: Python Full Stack Engineer

Location: Gdansk, Poland (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in building scalable applications, troubleshooting issues, and writing clean, maintainable code. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend development, database management, and CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based applications using clean coding practices
• Troubleshoot bugs and perform root cause analysis
• Design and develop Flask APIs/endpoints
• Build and manage database solutions using PostgreSQL
• Integrate libraries and develop new features based on business requirements
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines
• Create and manage Docker images and containerized environments
• Work with Artifactory for artifact management
• Configure and manage Ubuntu/Linux environments
• Write shell scripts for automation and system tasks
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python development
• Hands-on experience with Flask framework
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization
• Strong experience in Linux/Ubuntu environments
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Artifactory or similar tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
