Java Backend Developer

We are in search of a dedicated Backend Developer with a strong Java background to contribute to the backend development of our cutting-edge messaging CPaaS platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application.

What will you do:

• Develop and maintain backend services for our messaging CPaaS platform using Java.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Design and optimize data storage solutions.
• Provide clear documentation and technical support.
• Explore and recommend technologies to enhance platform architecture and performance.

What we expect:

• At least 2-3 years of commercial experience as a backend developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience in backend development using Java.
• Proficiency in frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful API development.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Solid grasp of security practices, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Strong English communication skills (upper-intermediate level or above).
• Understanding and practical use of the Scrum framework.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
