Junior Product Manager – B2B eCommerce Platform (Fixed-Term)
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Function: ICL Growing Solutions (GS)
Contract: Fixed-term (maternity leave cover until end of June 2027)
The Role
The Junior Product Manager supports the ongoing operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of ICLink, ICL Growing Solutions’ global B2B eCommerce platform. ICLink is a mature, business-critical digital channel used across multiple regions, ERP systems, and local markets.
This role acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated into actionable technical inputs and that platform changes are delivered, tested, and adopted effectively. The focus is on execution, coordination, and operational excellence rather than product strategy ownership.
The role is part of a global digital transformation team working in a multinational, vendor-supported environment.
The Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing operation and continuous improvement of the ICLink platform, ensuring stability, usability, and alignment with GS business processes.
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between business users, IT teams, and external implementation partners, translating business needs into clear requirements and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate testing, validation (UAT), and deployment of platform enhancements, fixes, and new functionalities.
- Support platform governance activities, including user account setup, roles, permissions, and related master data management.
- Coordinate and maintain platform content (including product-related content), ensuring alignment with local market requirements and managing translation inputs where needed.
- Monitor and support data flows between ICLink and connected ERP systems (e.g. SAP, QAD), identifying issues and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams.
- Serve as a key support contact for business users, providing guidance, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely follow-up on issues and requests.
- Support user onboarding, including access setup, basic training, and first-level functional support.
- Prepare and maintain user documentation, work instructions, and operating procedures to support consistent platform usage.
- Track and coordinate business change requests, supporting prioritisation discussions, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Support reporting and analytics by extracting and preparing platform usage, adoption, and performance data.
- Perform data loading or data maintenance activities when required to support business operations.
- Contribute effectively within a multinational, multi-ERP environment, ensuring alignment between business expectations and platform capabilities.
