Business Analyst

📌 What You’ll Do

• Support product roadmap planning and contribute to quarterly prioritization processes
• Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Track product initiatives and monitor performance using defined KPIs and success metrics
• Work closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, and Data teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of features
• Analyze user journeys and identify improvement areas to enhance customer experience and drive growth
• Use data to support decision-making, prioritization, and opportunity sizing
• Define tracking requirements and ensure proper event/data collection for performance measurement
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking studies
• Support the creation of wireframes, user stories, and business workflows together with Product and UX teams
• Monitor and report on key product and business metrics (conversion, funnel performance, revenue impact, etc.)
• Assist in A/B testing processes: help define hypotheses, analyze results, and translate insights into actions
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint planning and backlog refinement processes

✅ Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product, or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and integration is a plus
• Familiarity with product metrics, funnel analysis, and user behavior tracking
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and requirement gathering skills
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with UX and user behavior tools (Hotjar, UXCam, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools is a plus
• Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
