Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Windows Networking Engineers with strong expertise in network driver development. The selected candidates will work on advanced networking solutions in collaboration with global teams, including Google engineering teams, contributing to Windows-based networking enhancements in cloud environments.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy low-level system programming, networking internals, and are eager to learn modern technologies such as Antrea and Open vSwitch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Windows network drivers and related components
  • Work on network stack enhancements, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations (including US-based teams)
  • Troubleshoot complex networking issues at OS and driver level
  • Contribute to integration of container networking solutions (e.g., Antrea, Open vSwitch)
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Windows Network Driver Development (NDIS, WFP, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of Windows networking stack and internals
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming
  • Experience with system-level debugging and troubleshooting
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and packet processing
