I'm working with a well-established Polish technology integrator specialising in cybersecurity, networking and IT infrastructure services for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Security & Networking Team Leader who will take ownership of a technical team delivering network security services and solutions to end clients.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines hands-on expertise with client-facing experience and understands how to operate within a service-driven, SLA-based environment.

Security & Networking Team Leader - Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a network security team, ensuring high performance and clear growth paths
• Working directly with end clients and integrators on delivery, escalation and solution design
• Managing service delivery in line with SLA and operational pipelines
• Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of network security solutions
• Driving best practices across networking, security and service delivery

Security & Networking Team Leader - Requirements:

• Experience in a Team Lead/Senior Engineer role within networking or cybersecurity
• Strong background working with end clients and system integrators
• Hands-on experience with:

Fortinet (must-have)

HPE Aruba (or equivalent enterprise networking solutions)

Cisco (CCNP level or equivalent as an alternative)

• Experience in LDR / service-driven environments (delivery, response, SLA-based work)
• Strong understanding of network security architecture and operations
• Ability to lead teams, prioritise work and manage delivery pipelines
