Role: Specialist, Website Development

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain website pages, templates, and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
  • Implement frontend/backend enhancements, bug fixes, and feature requests based on approved specifications.
  • Coordinate with content owners to gather, format, and publish approved content; build landing and campaign pages as assigned.
  • Support SEO implementation (meta tags, structured data, sitemaps) and assist with analytics tagging and basic reporting.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on content, links, and cross-browser functionality.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance by following global standards and optimising the site for inclusive user experiences across devices and assistive technologies.
  • Support content governance by enforcing brand guidelines, tone consistency, and formatting standards across all web pages and campaigns in coordination with Marketing team.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to leadership; maintain documentation of site architecture and processes.
  • Support deployment workflows, version control (Git), and testing environments as needed and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Assist on productivity enhancement via AI tools (incl. Agentic AI) & other custom portal deployments and workflow management across platforms.
  • Support CRM operations across teams (Zoho & HubSpot) by executing configuration tasks, data updates, and integrations as required.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field; 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript; familiarity with a modern framework (React, Next.js, Angular) preferred.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, Git, SEO principles, accessibility standards, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience in API linkages on CRM platforms: Zoho, Hubspot & other technical integrations
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and emerging AI-driven web practices (e.g., AI-assisted coding, Agentic tools, personalisation engines)
