Job Title: Manager, Web Platforms

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Purpose

Own the end-to-end development, performance, and continuous evolution of the web platforms. The role combines full-stack engineering, UX/UI design, SEO, analytics, and platform security to deliver a secure, high-performing, and user-friendly digital experience while maintaining proper documentation and development best practices.

Job Description

  • The role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of web platforms, including frontend and backend development, UX/UI optimization, SEO, analytics, integrations, deployment, and platform security.
  • The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance digital journeys, improve website performance, support CRM and admissions workflows, and ensure smooth deployment, scalability, and system stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern frameworks such as Next.js, React, Angular, or equivalent
  • Manage backend development, API integrations, and database connectivity
  • Lead UX/UI design enhancements including wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping
  • Own SEO strategy, discoverability, and web indexing best practices
  • Manage analytics, tracking tags, and advertising integrations
  • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability and security
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on feature enhancements and platform updates
  • Manage workflows and funnels across web platforms
  • Support CRM setup and integrations including Zoho and HubSpot
  • Manage hosting, deployment systems, version control, and release workflows
  • Design and integrate APIs and third-party services
  • Implement web security best practices and compliance standards
  • Maintain technical documentation and development standards
  • Integrate AI solutions to enhance workflow productivity
  • Support team collaboration and web team culture initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience in full-stack web development
  • Advanced JavaScript skills with modern frameworks
  • Experience in Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies
  • Strong experience in API development
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git, deployment pipelines, and hosting environments
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of web security and authentication
  • Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Strong UX/UI design exposure
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and web automation solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of relevant full-stack web development experience
  • Previous experience in education, digital platforms, or marketing-focused environments is preferred
