About the Company:

An ambitious crypto based in Dubai is building a regulated Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization platform designed to bridge traditional finance and blockchain infrastructure.

They are now looking for a Technical Lead to take ownership of the core architecture and help build the platform from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Leading:

As Technical Lead, you will architect and deliver the backbone of a regulated tokenization ecosystem, including:

• Designing and deploying secure smart contracts aligned with ERC-3643 standards
• Building systems to manage and monitor reserve assets backing issued tokens
• Creating seamless redemption mechanisms for investors
• Implementing Proof of Reserves infrastructure for transparency
• Automating regulatory disclosures and reporting workflows
• Supporting the technical components of the VARA ARVA license process.
• This role requires both deep protocol-level thinking and real-world regulatory awareness.

What We’re Looking For:

Core Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on smart contract development (Solidity & ERC standards)
• Strong security mindset (experience with audits, testing frameworks, formal verification)
• Familiarity with compliance-driven token standards such as ERC-3643
• Backend experience supporting DeFi or tokenization platforms
• Understanding of securities law concepts and regulated token frameworks
