We're seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our Customer Experience team!
The Product Analyst will support and drive strategic digital product initiatives that enhance consumer experiences across our platform ecosystem. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the product direction and roadmap for key digital services, working at the intersection of business needs, user-centered design, and technology.
You will work closely with the leadership and business stakeholders to help shape product vision by identifying opportunities, conducting market and competitive analysis, and bringing user and design insights to the forefront of decision-making. By leveraging strong UX and design thinking skills, you will help visualize concepts, frame options, and translate ideas into tangible experiences through artefacts such as journey maps and wireframes.
You may also facilitate structured workshops and working sessions to support alignment across the team, ensuring strategic decisions are informed, well-articulated, and grounded in user-centric thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Contribute to shaping the product vision and strategic direction by supporting leadership with insight-driven analysis. Identify and assess market opportunities through competitive landscape reviews, market studies, and user research, bringing clear perspectives on trends, gaps, and emerging consumer needs. Translate business objectives into strategic options and decision frameworks that highlight user value, experience implications, and business impact. Use UX and design thinking tools to visualize concepts, scenarios, and future-state journeys, enabling leadership to evaluate priorities, make informed trade-offs, and align on strategic direction with confidence.
- User Research & UX Design: Lead strategic user and experience research activities to inform leadership decision-making. Plan and conduct exploratory research, insight synthesis, and experience assessments to surface unmet user needs, behavioral patterns, and experience gaps. Help translate insights into visual narratives such as journey maps, experience frameworks, concept models, and low‑fidelity prototypes that help leadership understand implications and options. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to challenge assumptions, support hypothesis framing, and guide strategic discussions. Contribute in user‑centred thinking at a leadership and management level by playing an active and contributing role in workshops, design-led discussions, and alignment sessions that ensure strategic decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of user experience and customer value.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build trusted advisory relationships with senior business stakeholders to support strategic product thinking and decision-making. Act as a strategic partner by synthesizing insights from market analysis, user research, and experience evaluations into clear, compelling narratives for leadership consumption. Facilitate structured discussions and alignment sessions to help leadership and management teams converge on priorities, assumptions, and strategic direction. Support informed decision-making by framing complex topics clearly, managing ambiguity, and ensuring stakeholder alignment around user-centric and business-driven outcomes.
- Cross functional collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams through the complete product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Work with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans. Partner with data analytics teams to establish key performance indicators, monitor product metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Product Execution & Delivery: Own product outcomes and drive timely delivery of features that meet quality standards and business objectives. Manage product backlog, prioritize feature requests, and make strategic trade-off decisions. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform product direction. Monitor product performance through analytics and customer feedback, iterating based on data and user insights. Ensure products support business goals including user engagement, retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
Education:
- Educated with at least bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- MBA or advanced degree in Product Management, Design, or related discipline
- 5-8 years of product management experience with at least 2-3 years focused on digital consumer products or platform ecosystems
- Background in UX design, human-computer interaction, or related field
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Arabic
- Experience with design thinking methodologies and facilitation of product discovery workshops
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for leadership and management levels
- Familiarity with modern development practices including APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
Experience:
- 5-8 years of product management experience in digital products, consumer-facing platforms, or SaaS environments, with demonstrated track record of launching successful products
- Experience in product design and development, particularly in sectors such as Fintech, banking, finance, or working with agencies on enterprise-level digital projects
- Strong UX sensibility with hands-on experience leading user research initiatives
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Proven experience in driving customer engagement, improving user satisfaction, and delivering exceptional digital experiences that align with business goals and digital product strategies
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex product concepts to diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and customers
- Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities, balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Able to deal with varied tasks and to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Able to work effectively and responsibly without supervision
- Proven ability to use primary and secondary user insights to influence decisions
- Able to work in a start-up environment and can handle the unexpected with flexibility
- Capable of agile thinking
