SAP / Salesforce CMS Theming Specialist (UI/UX Focus)

Note: This is a 3-month contract role in the Abu Dhabi office.

Overview:

We are looking for a specialist with strong experience in theming and UI customisation within enterprise CMS/CRM environments, specifically SAP and Salesforce. The role will focus on adapting and aligning an existing design system to create a cohesive, branded user interface across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply and customise theming within SAP and/or Salesforce CMS environments
• Translate brand guidelines (e.g. light blue / white “vanilla” theme) into consistent UI implementation
• Align and standardise UI elements across multiple system views and custom screens
• Ensure consistency of layout, spacing, and component behaviour across different modules
• Work with existing design systems and extend them where needed
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement UI changes via configuration and/or custom code
• Support the creation of custom views and ensure visual alignment across the system

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with SAP solutions and/or Salesforce CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of CMS theming and UI customisation in enterprise systems
• Ability to work with existing design systems and component libraries
• Good understanding of front-end principles (layout, alignment, responsiveness)
• Experience working alongside developers on custom-coded UI components
• Ability to bridge design and technical implementation

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design systems in enterprise environments
• Exposure to CRM workflows and user journeys
• Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JS)

Profile:

This role leans toward a hybrid of UI/UX and technical implementation. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working within structured enterprise systems and translating design intent into practical, scalable UI solutions.
